Limited Warranty:
This product is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship not caused by normal wear to the original owner, with a valid sales reciept. This warranty is void if the release has been abused, modified, or subject to abnormal conditions. Letting go of your release aid at any time during the shot process, as evidenced by abnormal dents and or bent parts, will void this warrantee. Whalens Archery will not be liable for any consequential or incidential damages to any other piece of equipment the release may come in contact with. Whalens Archery will not liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property or equipment that is caused by the improper use of this product.
Return policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any problem with this product, the product must be returned to their original Customer Fulfillment Center for any warranty issue(s). Should the release be found defective, we will repair or replace it at our own discretion. In order to insure proper return of your repaired or replaced product, please include a legible note stating your name, mailing address, daytime phone number or email address, and a brief description of the problem. Shipping Policy: United States Orders:
We will process and ship your order within 24 hours in most cases excluding Holidays and weekends. In stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after orders are received. All orders are shipped via USPS.
International Orders:
E-mail, or call for payment and shipping arrangements. We can ship via USPS EMS International Express Mail Service, USPS International Priority Mail, USPS International First Class Mai Shipping cost will be added to total. *The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
